My name is Carol Ann Ward, and I am the diversity and inclusion manager for FritoLay and a 29-year breast cancer survivor. I describe myself in one word: grateful. I beat breast cancer by leaning on my friends, family, and faith and I tell women today to not be afraid of a diagnosis. Every woman has options; breast cancer is not only treatable, but beatable!
